Activities:
- Receipt and delivery of the pay bills of the officers, prepare LPC along with delivery of all advances;
- Other related works of the pay bill of the officers;
- Payment of pension of the officers;
- Works related to official procurement, tender preparation and call as well as all types of repairing function of the office;
- Budget preparation, reconciliation and keeping accounts;
- Maintenance of official cars and receipt of it’s rents.
- Library related functions.
- Cash management
- Collection and allotment of all kinds of checque
- Travelling bill approval of the officers
- Receipts of charges from officials residing in the Govt. quarter and deposit of it
- All letters related to postal of the admin-1 and the whole directorate
- Activities related to Identity Card
- Activities related to the illness and financial contribution of officers
- Monthly allowance and funeral related works of the late /disable officers
- Activities related to store receipts distribution and maintenance
- Payment of all sorts of advance
- Preservation, maintenance of service of the books and file of the officers
- Activities related to recreation, earned and others leave of the officers
